Favorites order

How can I get my favorites to stay in the order I arrange
them? I put them in the order I want and when I turn off
my computer and go back to the favorites folder they are
back in alphabeticle order. Never had this problem with
Windows 98. Patty

If you have more that 193 favorites organize them into sub-folders.
