Favorites Folder

I previously asked a similar question but was caution about the
consequenceses. I am looking for a way to have users access the "Favorites"
from the access switchboard. I have place several running reports in that
folder and would like users to print the reports as needed. Is this possible
and if it is possible, how is this accomplished? ( Please instruct with as
much non technical detail as possible)

If this requires too much technical knowledge, i.e., codes - then I will
abandon the idea.

Thanks.

The only way to access the Favorites Group in the database window is to open
it. Forms and other objects are dragged from their respective windows and
dropped on the Favorites (or any other Group) folder, and a shortcut is
created. It is not something that is used with the switchboard. You can
build custom menus and open anything you wish. To do that simply open a new
form in design view and add buttons to each object you want. If the wizards
in the toolbox are turned on, they will write all the code for you.

Thanks, Arvin. Your response gives me the answer that I was looking for.
Previously, without answering the question, others advised that it was not a
good idea to do that (which I knew) without saying whether it could be done.

Thanks again.
