Favorite Slide designs-Why won't they open automatically when PP o

I want Powerpoint to show all my Favorite Slide Designs Automatically, When I
open the Program. I'd Like them all in ONE folder. WHERE do I store this
folder to get it to open and have them waiting for me when I go to the "Slide
Designs" section.
