favicon location in IE7?

Hi all,
I'm running IE7 RC1. In the past when emptying my temporary internet
folder all of the ico's relating to the addresses in my favourites folder
would disappear. This no longer happens so where are the ico files stored
now? Has the problem now been addressed with IE7? Just curious.
