Fatal login with email

When I try to send an email to the site I am on I am asked to login to .net.I
have a net password and id but when I try to enter I receive a page that
reads.
"fatal login error.hr=80041035,f=2147217355" I can't find anything on this
after trying everywhere or anything I know.I'm at a dead end.Thank you for
the help if you can.Fred

Are you sure this is a proper Passport site?

Me personally think the site you are trying to use hasn't made the correct
rights for you to post to their or Microsoft SQL DB. Therefore, its a site
issue not yours

Im having the same issue. There was a post already on this with no help but
it has been erased it seems. This is not a problem with a non passport site.
This is something to do with loggin in to your own account to send email from
a site that provides a link for you to do so. This has been an issue for
quite some time now and some help on this error would be greatly appreciated.
