Fatal Error Unable to create an instance of required object FilePr

I have been receiving this error for quite a while and have just learned to
live with it though it is very annoying.

SYPTOM:
When I launch windows explorer and when I hover over the SEND TO shortcut
menu option I get a FATAL ERROR Unable to create an instance of required
object: FileProxy

when launching explorer I have to click ok a few times as the dialog pops
back up 2 or 3 times. The SEND TO shortcut just wont work however.

STEPS TAKEN SO FAR
I have looked at the MS KB (Article ID : 252535) which suggests a problem
caused bt Homesite or coldfusion. I THINK I may have installed Homesite at
some point but then removed it - I certainly cannot find any trace of it on
the PC now though)

Next I scoured the web and came across a utility called SHELLVIEW which
allows me to view and disable context-menu problems in Explorer
environment. I thought this might do the trick..... but no such luck

HELP!
Has anyone else come across this issue and how did you resolve it? Please
bear in mind that I am a keen amateur and not a hardened XP expert

Any help gratefully accepted - Mail me at al(removethis)@s7consulting.co.uk
