Fatal Error- IE 6

I get a error message when I wake up my computer usually
after it has been idle for the night . Message reads ,The
Support Tuner has encountered a fatal error. If this
problem persists please contact your Motive system
administrator or support provider. The system is frozen
and I have to turn of the power and completely restart .
Help please

Jan,

It has something to do with the screensaver. I believe you're having an OEM system [Compaq?]. Try disabling the screensavers, background applications and see what's causing the error.

Help < Idon't know how to disable my screensaver and check
it for errors.
