Hi, i am totally useless with computers and I need to get
my file system changed from Fat 32 to someother type of
system that allows file size to be larger than 4gb.
Can anyone give me very simple instructions on how to do
this?

One thing to try is to goto www.google.com or groups.google.com and
enter in
fat32 to NTFS and you'll see in a minute how to do stuff.

From FAT32 to NTFS? Yes.

The built in Windows XP Help and Support (on every properly functioning
system) will give you all the details you need. Look up the "convert"
application. Open a command prompt and type:

convert /?

But - as with any partition-wide utility - you are better off backing up
first. Things CAN go wrong (power could go off, could have a bad sector
undetected so far on the hard drive, whatever..)

Read suggestions at www.aumha.org/win5/a/ntfscvt.htm

If that feels to be beyond you, find a knowledgeable friend to do it for
you
