Fast user switching

I would like to enable fast user switching on my computer
but I get the following error message when attempting:
" a recently installed program has disabled welcome
program and fast user switching. To restore these
features you must uninstall the program. The following
file might help you identify the program that made the
change. C:\Windows\System32\awgina.dll" I can find this
file but no other information. My first priority is to
keep the OS functioning properly so I will uninstall if
necessary. Is there another alternative to implement?
If you have any reference to this situation I would be
appreciative. Thank you!
