Fast User Switching

Hi, my PC Caught the WIN.POLIP.a Virus. Now lots of the Windows .exe files
were deleted because of this. Now I do not have fast user switching and I
have to log-on via the network logon method because the welcome screen logon
does not show any longer.
Can someone please tell me which file I need to replace. I need all the help
i can get. Thankyou
