Fast User Switching ERROR

Well, my fast user switching does not work. I go to check it in the User settings but it just unchecks it when I look go back to look at it because the user switching was not working. I came here and read some of the threads, and one said to go into the Services and make sure the FUS and terminal are running, well I didn't even see a Terminal service and I tried to start the Fast User Switching and got this error

Hi,

The dependency is Remote Procedure Call (RPC). Start it then:

Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc
Scroll down to Terminal Services and make sure it is Started.
