Hello please bear with me as I a newbie to this forum

My PC intermittently restarts when fast user switching on XP SP2

When it crashes the blue screen gives the following stop error
Error code 00000093, parameter1 000000a0, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000. Whic is repeated in the event log.

Error reporting just gives the unhelpful hardware or software problem reply.

I have tried disabling all running programmes but It still occurs so I was thinking a hardware fault but i have not installed anything new and anyway
The most annoying thing is that the problem disappears when fast user is switched off .
It also sometimes rectifies itself overnight

Can anyone help as its driving me nuts
thanks

Start by turning off Auto-restart ...

1. Go to Start / Control Panel / System (Windows Key + Pause, works too)
2. Go to Advanced
3. Under the Startup and Recovery section, click Settings
4. Under System Failure un-check "Automatically restart"

... then post the BSOD error message, in full, please.

also forgot to mention when it crashes on switching it does not restart even when auto restart is enabled . It hangs with the monitor on standby and needs a manual restart
