Fast Local `Caching' Proxy Server Software

Hello Global Friends,

I have a slow dial-up connection. We have been using the fastest Caching
software "Viking" ( www.robtex.com ) for a long time. Viking software
download is somewhere deep inside the site. It is the fastest Caching proxy
I have ever discovered. But there are many bugs and the further development
has stopped.

So I am looking for another Shareware or Freeware `very fast' Local Caching
Proxy Server Software for our small network of five computers. So that the
next access of a cached sites would be downloaded from the Caching Proxy
Server not from the Internet.

Squid is excellent. I have no idea if it is available for Windows.
