Ok here is my simple guide:

1)Buy a Ati radeon card 8500+.

2)Install the latest driver (CATALYST 3.4+, they all
work).

3)Then run any games randomly until your CPU crach.
(shouldn`t take more then 2-3 titles if your lucky)

Voilà!

Here's a simpler guide.

1) box up your computer and take it back to the store. Tell them you're too
stupid to own one.

I have used Radeon cards since they were Rage Pro cards, with ATI drivers,
then with Catalyst drivers. I find them to be stable, fast, and reliable. If
you can make your computer crash just by turning it on, I'm pretty sure you
have other issues besides the video card and video drivers. I'd be willing
to bet that you have another issue, like maybe some sort of user
intelligence issue.

Mister X,

I too have been using Radeon cards and drivers for years without problems.
Maybe, instead of your wise remarks you should ask some intelligent
questions
so someone can help you.

Lol you`re a funny person, but seriously you plain suck.
