Fan Replacement for ATI AIW X800 XT AGP

Rob

Hello All,

I have an ATI All-in-Wonder X800 XT AGP card. The fan is starting to
make noise and I am looking for a replacement.

I have replaced fans/heatsinks on graphics cards in the past (ATI 9200,
ATI 9500, ATI 9800), but this card seems to have a very large and custom
cooler.

Here is an image:

Does anyone have a source for these fan/heatsink combos or could you
recommend a compatible replacement from a third party?

When I did research on a replacement. None of the third party VGA cooler
makers specifically mentioned the AIW X800 XT AGP.

Thanks a lot.

I've replaced stock fan/heatsink asseblies on my X800Pro and X1950GT with
Zalman VF900Cu fans because I hate PC noise and because Zalman fans are
absolutely *silent.* The VF fits the AIW X800XT.

Thanks FKS,

I just ordered the VF900 from NewEgg. I'll let you know how it goes.

FKS,

The Zalman went on perfectly. The temps with the old cooler were 41C
idle to 80C loaded.

With the Zalman VF900, the temps are 30C idle to 50C loaded. Amazing.

Thanks again!
