I have tried the reinstall proceedure that the software manufacturer gave me
and they also supplied a vista patch to run after reinstallation. The program
won't open saying the program has stopped responding and the patch won't run
either, that error says the program wasn't installed correctly. The program
manufacturer sells Family Tree Legends 6.0 saying compatible with Vista. Has
anyone els had this problem and can anyone help me fix it?
