Failure on install

I am trying to re-install RC1, now that I have a product key for Ultimate,
but when the installation gets to a point where it reboots, I am back to the
"disabled" Vista Business and the installation does not continue, I only get
the activation screen for the business version that I cannot get a key for.
(There are previous threads on my problem with activation.)

I just had a 52 minute phone call with the PSS people the phone activation
person directed me to. The easiest of course would be to get some sort of
product key for the Vista Business RC1 that was working great, until the
activation problem.
