Failed update

Hi,
Checking my update history---

Failed- Wed. June 4, 2003 Q817287 Critical Update(
Catalog Database Corruption in Micr. Wind. XP) Auto
Update.

Failed- Wed. June 25, 2003---same message.

Successful-July 5, 2003---same update.

But, I have not been able to use my Kodak Program and get
the message...."Iniatization of c\prog files\Kodak\Kodak
Easyshare\Catalog\Easyshare.mefailed. the application
cannot run." I have not been able to uninstall it
properly. I've contacted Kodak and I've d/l an uninstall
program but it still doesn't work. When I use Cont, Alt
Delete is see that Kodak Software updater Agent
is "running". I used this program for pictures on eBay
and am upset that it is not working.
Would appreciate any help, thanks!

After pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL shutdown the updater agent and then try to
uninstall the KODAK software. Does that work? Then maybe you can install
updated software.
