I am trying to make a mandatory profile. I followed the knowledge base
document for doing so but ran into 2 problems:
1. When copying the profile from the workstation to the shared folder on the
server, I was asked to choose "Mandatory profile user" from the "permitted to
use" area of the dialog box. There was no selection named "Mandatory profile
user".
2. I chose another group to which the accounts belong that I want to use the
mandatory profile. When I clicked OK, I received a message which reads,
"Failed to set security on the Destination Profile. Error - Access Denied."
The knowledge base document implies that our server has a group called
"Mandatory profile user" in Active Directory (I think) which does not exist.
Please help be create this profile! Thanks in advance.
