failed to publish mp3 link to my web - help

Did a search on goggle and found all the messages simplest one was file
import and put the Greg.mp3 file in the new sound folder and make a link to
the text on my index page then went to publish and update timed out modem
boxed did not upload anything. Did this 3 times and modem box did not upload
anything.

So any better suggestions how to put one mp3 file on my index page with a
text message you click on the start the sound.

Does you host allow you to upload .mp3 files?
What is the size of the .mp3 file?

45 megs

..... processing update .... the modem light does not flash at all - nothing
so from what I searched I think I might have to rename the file and rename
it
back but this is a little hard to do so thought I would try publishing again
if you
have any suggestions.

Now I have Global Hosting for my web, 200 megs now, wow !
