Please can you someone help with this error I received.

" The following boot-start or system-start driver(s)
failed to load: lkbdhlpr "

I would like to understand what this is and if I need to
do anything to fix the problem.

It seems that it is a BIOS setting for "'Port 64/64 Emulation.'"
Unpulug the keyboard and see what you get. It should boot normally according
to that newsgroup.
I'd check in BIOS that the "Legacy OS" or so is disabled.
