failed to load comsvcs.dll

Hello,
I am running windows 2000. Last week I installed the antispyware beta,
and once I rebooted I got a BSOD (even in safe mode) that gave me an error on
the ntoskrnl.exe.
I did a repair install of windows 2000 (streamlined with sp4), and in
the process I got an error that said "Failed to Load comsvcs.dll" The error
message also gives me a line number on a cpsetup.cpp. I can reproduce this
error everytime I go and run "Add/Remove Windows Components" and it gets to
the point where it says "Installing Com+" (I am including the full text of
the error message at the end of this question).
I now try and install my printer and it keeps failing.

Is there anyway to force a clean install/repair of the com+
services/applications? Or is there a way to fix the problems that I am having?

Thanks,
Samah

Thanks for the help, but I ran through the steps and I still got the exact
same error once it began installing com+

Any other ideas?
