Failed Printer Redirection Problem

Greetings Everyone,
I have 2 XP pro machines, referred to as XP#1 and XP#2 . Subnet #1 has XP#1
with a static IP in the 192.168.1/254 range .Site#1 is in a different part of
town. Subnet #2 has XP#2 with a static IP in the192.168.16/254 range.Site#2
is also in a different part of town. The end user allways logs into XP#2 on
Site#2 from XP#1 on Site#1. XP#1 has the local USB port configured as the
default printer a with Samsung ML370 , as well as a mapped shared HP LaserJet
4P printer on another local XP workstation. Both printers are recognized and
available when the RDP session is initiated. Meaning all printer redirection
is avalable from both the "Samsung from (COMPUTERNAME)" and "HP LJ4P from
(COMPUTERNAME)".

We installed a Sharp 407E Model AR-PB2A unit onto site#1. The Network
Interface Card is set for a static IP of 192.168.1.200. I installed this
Sharp printer on a local TCP/IP port I created in the print folder of XP#1, I
also, had to configure the data as LPR instead of RAW, with a que name set to
"lpr"
I have downloaded the specific drivers for this model AR-PB2A . These, WHQL
XP drivers were installed into the Print Server Properties of both XP#1 and
XP#2 units.
I can test print from XP#1 to the Sharp 407E without any problems. When I
log into XP#2 on site#2 this printer does not get recognized and redirected.
I still only recognizes the HP LaserJet 4P and Samsung ML 370. What am I
missing?????????? Any suggestions would be greatfully appreciated. Thank you.

Joey
