Fable lost and frozen...

Hallo everyone. I have a two problems...

First: I've lost my productcode that is needed to install the game Can I
get a new one? If yes, how?

Second: I've played the game before at my friends. After completing the
sword, bow and thunder tasks, there is the final task to defeat Maze. As soon
as he tells me to attak him with my sword, the game just freezes up. That
really sucks! Has someone any solutions?
