F4 key

I used to use the F4 key in Excel as the redo button. The function suddenly disappeared and I can't get it back. Does someone knows how to reactivate it

It still doesn't work. It looks like my F4 command is inactive. I don't get it.

The only other thing I can think of is to try a known good keyboard instead
of yours. If that doesn't do it, try reinstalling Excel.

Does it work in Microsoft Word? If so, perhaps you have an add-in
installed in Excel that's overriding the F4 command.
