I have a workbook here with multiple tabs. If I update one tab by changing
the number in it, it does not calculate automatically without hitting the F2.
The calculation function is set to automatic. Whats going on?

Sounds like you have a macro in there. If you go to Tools - Macros - Visual
Basic Editor, look to the top left. If you see a folder named Modules, you
have a macro in there. You can right-click on the module within this folder
and click remove module....
