EZ Trust Firewall

I installed this firewall from my Optonline home page. I
have had all kinda of problems with it. You can't callo
the company you can only communicate with them via e-mail.
There responses still have not resolved my problem. I
uninstalled the firewall months ago. I looked in my
recycle bin & control panel to make sure it's gone, I
don't see it in either place. However everytime I turn on
my computer the EZ trust firewall box appers asking me do
I want to renew or Exit. I always exit but the problem is
why is the box still coming up if I uninstalled it. Also
optonline was not able to ping me and i coul not ping.
They said the DHEP is still going through. I just want
this firewall complety off of my computer sometimes I
can't get on the internet at all because it is blocking
me. Please help!.

ok Go to START then RUN type in msconfig and look for
TRUEVECTOR
CAIsafe
QOELOADER
VEt alert
vet tray
Zone Labs Client

and if any of them are there and they have a check next to them click it so
it has no check next to it .... if that dont work i feel sorry for you!
