Extra Addon Toolbars Are Linked Incorrectly IN IE 6

Hello,
I have a continuing problem with IE 6. I am running XP Pro SP2 and am
current with all my updates, however, the problem I am having has to do with
some extra toolbars that I've installed. The problem is that they are not
linked as they're supposed to be. For instance, when I click on a particular
toolbar to make it visible, another toolbar opens, not the one that I clicked
on. My Google toolbar opens up my Ebay toolbar, my MSN toolbar will open up
my Epson toolbar, etc. This is quite frustrating.

How do I correct these links?

It is not unheard of.
I have a friend who has a mismatch with Yahoo and Google bars
but she is quite able to manage the situation and told me not to
bother investigating.
No spyware, parasites or adware present. The machine was clean.

You can try this to see if the toolbars get reset:
http://mvps.org/sramesh2k/reg/IEToolbar.reg

or if you have the Google toolbar:
Go to http://toolbar.google.com/fixmenu and click on the "Reset IE's
Toolbar Menu" button.
