External access to Outlook

Hi,
Outlook 2003. Windows XP SP2.
The accounting package I use in my business has a function to send invoices
by email, via Outlook. Problem is, for every single invoice, Outlook (I
guess) first asks if access is allowed and then if the email should be sent.
I send out about 400 invoices every month, so this is tiresome.
Is this an Outlook or Windows firewall issue?
Either way, can this be switched off?

It's an issue of your accounting package not integrating with Outlook in a
secure way. Contact their support to check for an update. It's been about 6
years now since Outlook first introduced these security requirements.
