Extended desktop (mobile dell)

Help me please Dell svc is useless.

I have a latitude 520 with vista loaded. I am currently using 2 displays
when docked vga and dvi. when i shut down and restart it doesnt hold
extended settings. and vista doesn't have docked and undocked profiles. I
there a way to use lcd when udocked and extended when docked? is ther a hot
key or macro or even batch file i can set up instead of going through dell
mobility which drains 3mins of my life everytime?

Just to clarify, I do not use the LCD display when docked, I have (2) 19"
flat screens on desk - laptop does not fit on desk so its on shelf below.

it has intel gma950 chipset--showing as microsoft driver, not nvidia or ati .
