It did not specify whether it was for FrontPage 2002 nor FrontPage2003. I

I believe it's for all versions but it doesn't say on the web site. You
could calling the number on the site:

"For support, pre-sale, or feature questions on Expression Web please call:
Developer Support Technical Router (DSTR): 800-936-5800 "

Or ask in the Expression News Groups. They would know.
