Exporting to an Excel file.

When I use the "sendto" command in a macro to email database updates from
remote sites, I export query results to an Excel file. The problem is I
lose portions of the data in my memo field. If I first export it as an Rich
Text File into word. then copy it and "PasteSpecial" as text into an excel
worksheet, I can then drop the speadsheet into an Access table and run a
query to append the new data.

Please tell me there is an easier way?

Thanks in advance!

I actually answered this very question not 2 days ago. Microsoft Help offers
a link to a page discussing how to work-around the truncation problem.

I will see if I can find the post.
