Exporting report

Hello,
We are currently running Access 97 to print prefilled fax
forms, we are trying to make the move to desktop faxing
but I need Access to be able to export the report into
something that I can attach to an email message. Whenever
I export the report into Word I loose all the formatting.
Does anyone the best way to export the report into an
attachable file while keeping the formatting?

I recently ran into the same problem with Access 2000
SP-3. The tool/code I used was written by Stephen
Lebans, and it seems to fix all formatting problems when
exporting reports to RTF format. Note, however, that the
RTF is not fully editable.
