Exporting Report - first record is blank

I am trying to export an Access report to a TXT file which in turn is going
to be input into a purchased accounting system. Everything works nicely,
except that for some reason, I am getting a blank record at the beginning of
the exported file. The third party accounting system then rejects the file
because it expects the first record to be in a very specific format.

Any ideas?

I feel stupid.....

All I had to do was make the top margin of the report as small as possible
and the blank record in the export file was no longer created.
