Exporting Outlook to Entourage (Windows to Mac)

How do I export all the mail and contacts from my MS Outlook (Win) to my MS Entourage (Mac). I looked up help on the Entourage and it says to export it as a MBOX file or a txt file but my Outlook doesnt give me that option. It says export as Access, Excell and Win and Dos separated by commas or tabs. I need it as a MBOX file or txt file sepearted by commas or tabs.

You answered your own question: export it as a Comma Separated Values file -
either Windows or DOS.

But that only export contacts... I can't seem to export the emails... And I dont know what the MBOX option is because it's not among the choices...

I just exported my Inbox as a CSV (Outlook 2003) and it worked for me.
Excel can read the messages just fine.
