exporting outlook express folders and contacts from Mac OS 8.6 to Windows XP Outlook

Can anybody help me to do this? I've searched through a lot of FAQ, to no avail. I don't have a router, so I can't be online on both the Windows and the Mac (or a CD burner on the Mac) and so am trying to transfer the files from the Mac to a floppy so that I can import to the Windows that way.

Ask in an Outlook Express or MAC forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook
forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
