Exporting History URL's and dates to a text file?

I'm looking for some utility that will allow me to export all the URL's (and
related date) in my History to a text type file so I can use it to locate
some sites I've visited while offline, and such...

Anyone know of any such utility? Hopefully freeware/shareware!

After doing some more searching here, I found a post from July 9 2005 that
had the following:

IEHistoryView
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/iehv.html

It's a VERY small freeware that initially appears to do exactly what I need!
