exporting email accounts to new pc

Hi -
I'm moving to a new pc. I've exported the pst (or office data file) to the
new pc and now hae all my contacts and emails available. However, this didn't
transfer my three or four mail accounts and the various filter rules I have
on the old PC.

Is there a way of doing this or do I need to re-create them manually?

Regards, Steve.

Email accounts are in the registry, but Outlook has no built-in backup
mechanism for them. The mechanism that Microsoft provides is the Save My
Settings wizard.

Thanks Hal -
The Save my Settings wizard did the trick for the email accounts, although
it seems to have messed up the rules.

Rules in Outlook 2003 are stored in the default information store -- ..pst file or Exchang mailbox.
