Exporting Custom Dictionaries from Word 2003 to Word 2007

I am migrating from a WinXP running Word 2003 to a Vista running Word 2007;
what is the best way to bring over my very substantial custom dictionary
(for the AutoCorrect feature) from Word 2003 to Word 2007? I surely do not
feel like creating it manually all over again!
