Exporting CSV data and using semi colon instead of comma

Does anybody know of a way to export data in excel as a
CSV file and use a semi colon(;) as the separator instead
of a comma (,)?

I can do it through a macro, but don't want to use that
if I don't have to.

Try changing your Windows Regional settings.

Windows Start Button|settings|Control Panel|Regional Settings Applet
Number Tab|List separator

Don't forget to change it back when you're done. It's a windows wide setting.
