Exporting contact list from Outlook 2002

Hi,

I want to use Outlook 2002 to export its contact list in a format from
which I can print onto 2 1/6" x4" Avery rotary cards #5385:

I found this article online but none of the ideas help, in part
because they are using an earlier version of Outlook:

Why export when you can use the data directly? Display the contacts folder, then choose Tools | Mail Merge. Select "Labels" as the merge type and then pick your card style. Complete the usual mail merge steps in Word.
