Exporting Access2003 database

Does anyone know of a way to Export all tables in an Access2003 database to a
..txt file and then import the .txt file into a database. I want to be able to
create a method to email databases to aoe another. Outlook doesnt always
allow mdb files through and a mdb file can be large.

i need the export to be done in vb code, not to bothered about the import.

A zipped database can usually be emailed using Outlook
