Exporting Access to Excel

Chris

I want to know if there is a way to automate a macro or VBA for exporting
data into Excel. I'm not too familiar with Access or programming. I need all
the help I can get.

Chris,
you can create a macro and choose transfer spreadsheet as the action.
When creating the macro you can get help on each part by pressing F1 when
you have the cursor in that part.

You might get a better result in the spreadsheet by creating a query to
export.
If the results in excel are not as you want, post back and we can help with
formatting calculated fields in the query.

Chris,

In addition to Jeanette's suggestion regarding the TransferSpreadsheet
macro action, I would also suggest having a look at the OutputTo action,
which I find sometimes is better.
