Exporting a Word document to PDF

I have downloaded the add-in enabling me to export a Word document to PDF.
However when I open the document in Word and go to Save As and click on the
PDF option then I get the box which appears with the message 'Export failed
due to unexpected error'. The only options available in the dialogue box are
Publish or Cancel.

I'm using the 2007 B2TR version of Word.

Does anyone have an idea of what the problem might be please?

If you downloaded the add-in in the last few days, it was probably the one
meant to work with the final (RTM, or "Release to Manufacturing") version.
It doesn't work with B2TR.

Thanks Jay. I downloaded the add-in today. Is there some other way of
saving the file to PDF from Word that you know of?

I thought B2TR had the PDF capability built in because the Adobe legal
action hadn't happened yet. If I'm wrong about that, you could always use
one of the free third-party programs like PrimoPDF or CutePDF. If I'm right,
removing the add-in (throug Add/Remove Programs) and running a repair from
the Word Options dialog should put it back together.

Thank you Jay. I've downloaded another program as you suggested and this
appears to have worked.
