Export To Word - missing text

Hi,

I have an Access 2003 database the exports a report to Word 2003. I just
learned that one PC is not exporting one of the labels fully. In the group
header there are 6 text controls that display summarized values. Each has a
static corresponding label. One label is suppose to say "Not Checked" but
on the one PC the Word document only has "Not" - everything else is ok. The
Access report displays "Not Checked" before the export so it must be a
problem with the export to Word.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
LeAnn

Hi LeAnn,

Very frustrating when this happens. At a guess it's caused by some
difference in printer driver (or version thereof) or printer setting
or other minor software difference between the computers.

I'd try enlarging the label a bit in case something is making the
"Checked" in "Not Checked" wrap onto the next line and hence out of
sight.

I completely forgot about this and my users haven't reminded me. I stumbled
upon it today and tried your suggestion and it did work. I had the labels
auto fitted to the text. Lesson learned. :)

Thanks
