Export to Excel with Total

Hello,

We have about 50 salespersons.
Each salesperson has his own customers and each month he will add some new
customers.
We like to export monthly sales query to excel spreadsheet for each
salesperson.
How can we have subtotal for each spreadsheet?

Have you tried creating a report with the totals and exporting that report to
Excel?

Yes, I tried to use report export to excel.
It is working OK.

But I have to change excel format after export. i.e. cell size, border...

If I use query export to excel I don't have to change excel format every
time.
