Export Rules

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out a way to be able to backup the rules in Windows
Mail without using a third-party app. In Outlook Express there were
identities and you could backup rules by exporting out the following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Identity Number}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\Rules\Mail

Obviously Windows Mail is a little bit different. Does anyone know the
location where rules are stored in Windows Mail?

Thanks.

Most of the registry settings that were under the Identities keys have moved
to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail

So the mail rules would be here:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Rules\Mail

There is still an Identities key in use, but since they removed the option
for multiple Identities, they stuck all the info under WinMail.
