Export Report to Excel In Access 2007 Runtime

I am trying to give my users of Access 2007 Runtime the export to Excel
functionality in the Ribbon. I added the ExportExcel control to a menu on
the ribbon. This works as expected when run in Access 2007 full version, but
it is grayed out in Access 2007 runtime. Is there another way to give this
functionality to my runtime users without from the ribbon?
