Export public address book

Is it possible to export a public address book located on the server in the
public folders? The "Export/import...." dialogue box doesn't appear to show
the public folders when asked to "Select folder to export from:". Only shows
me the "Mailbox" and "Personal Folders".........

What are you trying to achieve?
The Public Address List can be exported by your admin on the server.

What about "IMI Contacts Exporter " from

"IMI GAL Exporter" from
http://www.imibo.com/imidev/Exchange/imige.htm ????

The Public address book contains all our building suppliers which we all
share and add to which is located on the server. I would like to export this
and other public address books into excel, can this be done?

Sounds like you are talking about a Public Folder instead?

My prefered method to export to Excel is to create a view that contains all
the columns and contact I wish to export. Then you can select all the
contacts and copy and paste it into an Excel sheet.
