Export Outlook to Excel

In outlook and from a public folder and with ALL of my outlook contact list
(there are maybe 300)how do I export all the information-name, address, phone
numbers into an excel spreadsheet.

go into the contacts and do a File/import and export, it will walk you
through it, you can only make one spreadsheet per contact list, but you can
copy and paste the spreadsheets to get one.
